Resetting the start menu of Windows 8 like Windows 7 or Windows Vista or Windows XP

It is still and always difficult for you to be able to use Windows 8 or Windows 8.1
There is a Start button in Windows 8.1, but it does not work like in Windows 7 or Windows Vista or Windows XP, including the Start menu is not what it was.
